Describe the item — card, set, grading, quantity, budget. Our category forms capture the details Japanese sellers need, and everything is translated automatically. A request runs for 30 days at most, which is why sellers read them.
Vetted sellers see your request in their feed and reply with a price in yen — you see it in euros or dollars — shipping on a separate line, and photos of the item where they have them.
Shortlist the best offer to open a 48-hour exclusive window. Counter freely — the exchange stays private, and only the seller's figure sets the price.
Pay by card. The money goes to the seller's own account but stays locked there — it is only released once a tracking number is registered. Sellers undertake to ship within 5 business days of payment. Confirm delivery, open a claim if something is wrong, and rate the seller.

Who can join Offra?
Registered businesses only: shops, dealers and resellers in Europe or the US on the buying side, and shops, dealers and wholesalers in Japan on the selling side — new stock or pre-owned, both are welcome. Every application is manually reviewed; you'll need your company registration details.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Registration is free and buyers pay no fee: you pay the price you agreed plus shipping, and nothing else. Nothing is added on top — the figure you accept is the figure you are charged.
How are prices and currencies handled?
Sellers quote in yen; buyers see euros or dollars. The exchange rate is locked the moment a deal is agreed, so the amount you confirm is exactly the amount you pay.
What happens if the goods don't match the description?
You have 7 days after delivery to open a claim, with photos if you have them. Our team mediates and decides: rejected, partly refunded or refunded in full. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, taken from the seller's account.
Who handles customs and import duties?
The buyer is the importer of record. Before you pay, every deal shows an estimated landed cost including import VAT for your country, so there are no surprises.
Who holds my money between payment and delivery?
Nobody but the payment provider. Your card payment is processed by Stripe onto the seller's own regulated account, where it is frozen: the seller cannot withdraw it until a tracking number is registered on the platform. Offra never touches the funds, and nothing is added to what you pay.
How is this different from a proxy or forwarding service?
A proxy buys on your behalf and charges you for it — a fee per item plus a service percentage, on top of the price. Here you deal with the shop directly: they quote you, you negotiate, and nothing is added on top of the price you agree. You also get what a proxy cannot give you — a business counterparty who is vetted, contactable and rated, an invoice and customs declaration in your company's name, and a claim window if the goods are wrong.
